All images generated via InsaneArt remain the intellectual property of the user, subject to these Terms.
We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the generated images, provided that such use complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
You may use generated images for both personal and commercial purposes during an active subscription.
Images generated during any free trial period are limited to personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimer on Generated Content

We do not claim ownership of images generated by users. However, we reserve the right to restrict or block access to the Application in case of misuse, including violations of this Policy or applicable laws.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
